The pitfall of leading questions – Survey Design Tips

Tempted to design survey questions that lead your participants to answer a certain way? The video below is a great example of what happens when you lead you participants to answer in a certain way.

Normally directional questions are written unconsciously from your own bias included in the survey design. If you make all your questions lead your participants down a certain path, they will probably take it, but will that give you useful information to grow your business or organisation in the right direction?
