Explore your tribe, uncover their views, and drive change in your business

We’re a team of people that explore (ask questions), uncover (analyse data) and drive change (implement ideas). We go on expeditions; we all identify with this research philosophy.

We work together to provide you with a practical interpretation of the data so you can improve your organisation. Our researchers work on all stages of the research process, from thought to finish.

Change DriverFounder and CEO Kate Tribe.

Change drivers are agents of change. They act as a catalyst for positive social, cultural or behavioural change. They’re adapting to new practices and are motivated to find better ways to do things.

Discoverer – project management and customer service

Discoverers become aware of a fact or situation unexpectedly or in the course of a search. They are the first to find or observe (a place, substance, or scientific phenomenon).

Explorer – research assistant

Explorers travel through (an unfamiliar area) in order to learn about it. They inquire into or discuss in detail; evaluate (a new option or possibility) and examine or scrutinize by searching.

Mapper – administration

Mappers put things onto a map and bring them to the public eye, make them known or prominent and arrange them in an understandable order. They organise so that everything operates smoothly.

Why these unconventional descriptions?

They were chosen specifically to reflect our research philosophy. Wouldn’t you want to work with a team that explores and uncovers meaningful information about your tribe, and enables you to drive change in your organisation?
